If you have seen The Overcoat or Pride and Prejudice and Puppets, you know that FM's fall play is never boring. This year is no different: Actors were given the shell of a plot at the beginning of the rehearsal process, and through improvisation games they created the story you'll see this November. The year is 1687. A wealthy doctor, Dottore, attempts to marry his son, Capitano, to the lovely Clarice. Through a series of missteps, Dottore accidentally uses his new time machine to send everyone he knows 300 years into the future. Hilarity ensues as classic commedia dell’arte characters explore the greatest year of pop culture America has ever produced.
With a live house band and dancers, come and listen to live versions of Whitesnake, Tears for Fears, Guns ‘n’ Roses, and more. With over fifty students in the cast, and a show built to highlight individual talent, the product is 90 minutes of over-the-top comedy and fun. Tickets are only $12.
